Engagement scope

We provide marketing and SEO services to brands operating in CBD, hemp, cannabis, vape, snus and adjacent regulated-products verticals. We do not sell, manufacture, or distribute CBD, cannabis, hemp, nicotine or related products. The brand we work with is responsible for product compliance, FDA registration where applicable, age-verification, and shipping carrier compliance (PACT Act, state regulations).

Outcomes are probabilistic

SEO ranking and AI-citation outcomes are probabilistic. We publish expected ranges, not guarantees. Algorithmic platforms (Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Meta) change policy and ranking factors without notice. We adapt scope rather than refund when policy shifts mid-engagement.

Compliance posture

We will not work with brands that sell unverified products to minors, run review-incentivisation that violates platform spam policies, request gray-hat link-building, or otherwise create risks of platform suspension that would damage their domain history. We reserve the right to terminate any engagement that creates these risks.
